NWCIL MATLAB Harness:

This set of DHP code is designed to be easily reused for other control and optimization problems. A simple bioreactor problem is implemented in this version in order to provide a working example of the code and the algorithm. This code was developed under funding from the National Science Foundation. We ask that you send us an email at lendaris@sysc.pdx.edu if you plan to publish or commercialize work using this code (or any derivative of it). We simply want to know how it's being used and how we can improve it.
